The 200 Hours Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) limited to 10 people and it is offered by a team of experienced teachers. This is a comprehensive Yoga Instructor training program, designed in accordance with the 200 Hour requirements for registration with Yoga Alliance. After successfully completing the course you will be a Certified Yoga Instructor, eligible to register with Yoga Alliance and you will be qualified to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga worldwide.

Mysore Style’ is practiced on Saturdays where students get a chance to improve their practice without the teacher leading them but the teacher will be present to adjust the postures if necessary. It is an intense experience that helps to develop a firm foundation of inner discipline.
Students completing the course, receive a Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK) RYS 200-Hour Teacher-Training Certificate from Yoga Vimoksha. The Internationally Certified RYT 200 hour yoga teacher training certification course taught in Vimoksha Yoga is divided into 7 parts. The 7 parts are:
Technique: includes the training and practicing of Asanas, Pranayamas, Kriyas, Chanting, and Meditation.
Teaching: includes the training and teaching of demonstration, observation, assistance/correction, instruction, teaching styles, and learning about qualities of a yoga teacher and the student’s process of learning.
Anatomy and Physiology: includes the study of physical anatomy, the skeleton, organs and muscles, cardiovascular system, Pancha Kosha & nutrition.
Philosophy and Ethics: this part includes the study of yoga scriptures, ethics for yoga teachers, life of a yogi.
Practicum: In these hours, the students have to observe and assist classes lead by the main teacher and also teach by themselves.
Karma Yoga: the students have to help to run the Yoga-school. Includes office work, organization and public relations.
Self-practice: study of recommended books and participating in discussion and practice of all the above mentioned topics
